Amazing bowler, humble, positive vibe and a lot of fun to watch. Jason absolutely deserves his level of success.

Belmo’s backswing and delivery are ridiculously efficient. I think there are a few things in this video that everyone trying to bowl two handed should take note of.

    1. Belmo maintains a strong right wrist throughout his entire swing. His hand is flat on the ball and wrist is “cupped” or curled towards his forearm the entire time. This allows him to get maximum leverage from his lower body and arm when delivering the ball from the top of his backswing. I see a lot of videos of people trying to bowl two handed where their wrist breaks down in the backswing and it’s robbing them of most of their power.

    2. His backswing is actually really compact. Belmo basically just tucks the ball under his shoulder on the backswing. His forward upper body lean and momentum makes the backswing look longer in real time. I also see a lot of two handers who swing the ball way back and around their body on the back swing instead of straight back and tight to to their chest like Belmo here. This also affects power and accuracy.

TLDR – If you want to look cool like Belmo and get maximum speed and revs, keep your wrist cupped and backswing compact.

This is exactly how I was bowling last night but the pattern on every lane is inconsistent he shoots the ball across the 25 board just about Everytime me on the other hand I had to shoot it across the 15 board

So I'm a two handed bowler but I have the issue of tracking over my fingers, can someone help me to keep me from doing it? I average about 200 on a standard house shot and I have a similar approach to Belmont minus his power and revolutions.
