I was a lil league coach. My first & 2nd season were my only seasons & both seasons I got the last & worst picks. By mid season of both years we led the league & they drafted my best. I couldn't even give or read signs, but I knew how to motivate & I knew how to get guys on base & pressure the pitcher. No pitchers kept us off base regularly, so that gave us an edge over all teams. Boones been the Yanks manager for 5 years, with the 2nd highest payroll. He was a rookie manager & it was concidered an experiment. He doesn't motivate the best in the game or groom the rookies & he can't squeeze out runs. so when will this experiment end ?
