    I use the system and have been successful, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. – First – it's not a scam. – Progressive betting is very risky, but so is regular betting. – 2nd – yes you can win 97%. The risk factor is that the loss on that 3% can easily wipe away "at least "1/2 of what you won in that 97%
