    The ref missed the secondary call here. Rasmus should have got 2 minutes for unsportsmanlike conduct for not accepting the soft toss by big rich

    Unless I'm missing something, It seems that almost all the bigger guys the leafs are cycling through, are being pacified when playing for the leafs… It's almost as if they don't let them fight, or use too much aggression. There have been countless situations where you can tell they are holding themselves back, you can see it in Simmonds face all the time… I think the toughness is what is needed. There have been a lot of situations where I feel Simmonds, Ritchie, previous Bogosian would have stood up without question.. We only got to see Foligno send a message once if I recall, then punted him off .. Kadri was wild so we had to let him go.. What's wrong with standing up for your teammates, protecting, and sending a message when needed.. The most successful teams in the league do it. I get that circumstances can dictate when, but it seems like almost never right now. Maybe I'm missing the reasons why? We have the skill, need that toughness so teams will stay in check and let us play that fast skill game everyone says they want.

    why hold on to the helmet like he's asking for a penalty, how about if ur gonna rip his helmet off drop it right away instead of waving it in front of the ref
