In this video I explain what NFL teaser betting is. I recommend watching the video, but here is a quick explanation of teaser betting.
Basically with a teaser you will need to combine 2 or more teams, but you get a certain number of points in your favor on the spread.
For example, a 6 point teaser would mean that a team who has +6 would now be +12 in the teaser. A team that was -1 would now be +5.
All “legs” of the teaser must hit in order for you to win. Let’s say you had a 3-team 6 point teaser with the Bears -1, Colts +3, and Steelers -2.5. If the Bears and Colts both covered their teased numbers but the Steelers lost, you would lose your bet.
You can choose 2+ team teasers (some sportsbooks max out at 6 team teasers) and you can choose how many points you want the teaser to be. 6 points is the most common teaser, but 6.5 point and 7 point teasers are also popular.

My next video will be showing you the basic strategies for betting teasers. Most teasers aren’t profitable long term, but there are some ways you can find +EV NFL teaser bets throughout the season. Subscribe to my channel for sports betting strategy.
