*LOOKING BACK* At 2011 NBA Draft Grades From Bleacher Report

Welcome back everybody, in todays video I wanted to take a look back at the 2011 NBA Draft grades from bleacher report. This was a really interesting class that included Kyrie Irving, Kemba Walker, Klay Thompson, Kawhi Leonard, Jimmy Buttler, Isaiah Thomas and more! For the most part, Bleacher report did a really good job with their draft grades at the time… but even just a few years later it is clear that some of these players were much better or worse than they expected.

The 2011 NBA Draft was stacked from top to bottom. While guys like Jimmy Butler and Kawhi Leonard were picked outside the top 10, the 2011 NBA draft is still one of the best out there.

I can't complain about picking Kyrie at 1. But then I think about the fact we could have drafted Kawhi at 1 and Klay at 4. With both of them taking a couple years to be as good as they could be it would keep the cavs in position to win the lottery in '14 again, except now you don't need to take Wiggins and move for Embiid. That big 3 almost makes Bron coming back irrelevant

I think Ginobili is still the greatest last pick of all time.

  3. @joshct9426

Skipping over Reggie Jackson! C'mon you shouldn't have done that, very few appreciate his skills

  4. @russellst.martin4255

How easily the splash bros could've ended up in Milwaukee

Good evening I enjoy your video the background is very bright having a white background while watching on a smartphone is annoying maybe change up the backgrounds if you can thanks and have a nice summer. The typed words are too small to read anyway so you don't need a white background

I mean the team you could build from just these players holy shit. I mean Kyrie, Kemba, Klay, Jimmy Butler, Kawhi, Nikola Vucevic, Tobias Harris, and Isiah Thomas.

  7. @ironcoldsteveaustin4876

I feel an underated what if Kemba was taken by the cavaliers fourth or klay Thompson or kawhi

  8. @sergiodiaz2886

Tbh be fair Kawhi was only
Good because of Pop, if the spurs never drafted him I don’t think he’d be as good , still
    Think he’s overrated

Clear proof that so called "basketball experts" are literally bums. How do they do this all wrong literally every year…

  10. @jonathanguzman166

Pretty annoying that you skipped over a lot of players

Bleacher Report has always been wack, they're the tabloids of the NBA

  12. @myrusEW

It’s almost like hoops reference is making these videos and you are at the same time. CRAZY coincidence

  13. @timmydacheese9962

Kyrie is 6’2 I guess people do shrink with age, uncle drew,

  14. @lxmbsxuce6624

That 4th overall pick could have been huge

  15. @youngkemba4184

3:06 imagine Kyrie and Jimmy Butler, Klay, or Kawhi

  16. @youngkemba4184

    0:50 Kyrie is actually 6’2”

  17. @TN-gj5zy

These videos have started to feel a bit more rushed lately. You're always skipping over guys, which is fine, but then you don't go back to them afterwards.

    Hey Tucker,

Would like to see your take on the Zion, BI and Zo situation in relation to the OKC with Russ, Durant and harden early days and what the Pels can learn from OKC to make it a success.

Like how they make the salary work going forward, potential trades, what pieces they will need around them to be successful?

    Thanks 🙂
