If the terms are not acceptable to you don't play it. Lottery you don't pledge, if you buy lottery tickets in your country, then that is gambling.. why do you want to gamble, because you want to make more money in a shortcut way but it is possible to lose the pledge meaning Satan is using it as a way to distract Christians from trusting God's way of providence, to be real few real Christians win gambling just to lure the rest who witness to start gambling with hope of making more money but it all ends in distraction.
Well sir I like ur method in answering some questions, keeping it pretty fairly simple and let the listener to suggest his decision. With proper understanding on this, it all depends on the individual, to avoid addiction and play responsibly, or not to play at all. According to ur definition , the difference is the wager, but the truth is all have a wager, the token use in lottery is the lottery wager, to the poor that token could even mean a lot to him. Wats differs in all is the odd played against and the amount wager. So it's either u can control ur emotions and play responsibly or don't play at all.
