If that stadium was payed for with taxpayer money I don't think they ought to have the power to ban him from the property. If one penny of taxpayer money goes into the stadium it's public property. Just like with partnershios.

Whats actually going to happen now is that security guard and the Dodger organization will be sued for excessive force used against a man who was no threat to anyone. Guard saw a chance to take a free shot on this guy and he took it. Going to cost them.

He probably got banned for life from attending games. And 7 years from now he's going to be divorced, single and wishing he could go to a game with the kids he'll be paying child support for.
