College Football’s 2022 season is still a few months away, but with spring practice wrapped up Josh Pate put the call out on Late Kick Live Ep 262 for some of the boldest predictions Pate State has to offer. What are the odds we see two teams from the same conference make the College Football Playoff? And if that happens, what are the odds the two teams happen to be Michigan and Ohio State? Is there another surprise Big12 champion in the cards even though Oklahoma and Texas are the preseason favorites again? What would it take to see a Heisman Trophy finalist presentation in NYC void of Bryce Young and CJ Stroud? Plus, with all the new head coaches at major programs across the country, could we see at least one take their team to the CFP in their debut campaign? Let us know what you think in the comments below and be sure to SUBSCRIBE to the channel and CLICK THE BELL for notifications as we bring you multiple live shows per week!

OU is definitely winning 10 games if not more.
Not true Notre Dame and Clemson both made it when notre dame was in the acc
You should turn on subtitles, the times I watch this I’m in school and can’t listen to sound.
I'd put this on a 4 or 5 on the boldness scale. UT and OU are always picked to finish 1 & 2, but I am not sure how often that actually happens. 1 might win it, but the other isn't always #2.
I can't see UT getting back on top overnight, but they will be better than last season. They will be salty by the time they get to the SEC because of how they are emphasizing OL in recruiting. OU winning the Big 12 in a season where they have a new HC & it is his 1st season as a HC is a tall order, even in a struggling conference. Baylor and Okie State are in better shape right now & played in the title game last year, but no one wants to bet on Baylor & Okie State.
How TF is Florida that high on the national championship odds…. usc as well? Are these "experts" smoking crack?
Marcus freeman makes the playoffs
Putting $1,000 on Texas A&M going 8-4 this year. just watch
Young and Stroud wouldn’t go to New York if they both pull a Spencer Rattler.
Hello I have been really enjoying the bold predictions sections. I have one that's a doozy. First I'm a diehard Sooner fan. Nebraska upsets Oklahoma in a down to the wire game. Then both teams win out therefore both are conference champs and meet again in the playoffs 1st round. Pretty bold right.
BRIAN KELLY AT LSU DONT SAY BRIAN KELLY AND NOTRE DAME IN THE SAME SENTENCE EVER AGAIN
TEXAS TECH WILL WIN THE BIG XII
Hey Josh, (Columbus, Ohio in the house) I don't have Instagram or Twitter so I can't @ you for my bold prediction, so I'll put it here: Michigan will lose 4-5 games this year! I will bet on that!
I’ll go 10 out of 10 on the last one. None of the great college football coaches ever have managed to pull off something like that in their first year at a new program. But would loved to be proved wrong
I say Michigan Ohio state could work like this. Michigan Beats Ohio state in Columbus (I highly doubt it will happen but I'm playing along) Ohio state's only loss is to Michigan. Michigan loses to say Michigan State only. So Michigan in B10 title and Ohio State has quality wins over MSU, PSU, and ND (Hoping ND is good)
My gawd the Big 12 is weak sauce this year
I have Baylor winning the big12 conference to me that isn't bold at all. OU will lose 2-4 games and Texas is.. Well… Texas 😂
It's more likely that neither Ohio State or Michigan make the playoff than both making it
My bold predictions: Lane Kiffin will be the HC at Texas in 2023. Deion Sanders will be the HC at Texas Tech in 2023. Urban Meyer will be the HC at Nebraska in 2023. Alabama will win the national championship in 2022 and 2023. I will be one year older at the end of the 2022 season.
What if the 5* QB the volsgot QB Nico gets to Knoxville and gets beat out for the QB stop
He meant a new first time head coach and that would be Dan landing from Oregon.
