Hope is not a strategy
# 1 path not to go down is a "Woke" ESPN path. Disney is in demise, Fox will be able to get what they sold off
Big Ten will go to Comcast, with Fox and CBS as secondary partners. BTN will be bought by Comcast. Look for Big Ten to merge with Pac-12, creating the first super conference.
I would give up big noon kick-off if it meant Colin Cowherd lost his job.
What will the B1G 10 do if ESPN does not renew their TV contract? FOX would need CBS or NBC to partner with. A 3 Conference package could happen with those 3 networks and the B1G 10, PAC 12, & Big 12. ESPN will have the SEC, ACC, & Notre Dame to fill out its channels.
A lot of conferences TV deals are up in the next few years ( except the SEC & ACC ) and the whole landscape could change.
Wait. Pitt-WVU have brought back their rivalry? Cool. Pitt is one school I think can be poached by the Big XII. There would be instant rivalries with Cincy and WVU plus Pitt is a good basketball school. They might like the national exposure the Big XII offers instead of a regional footprint.
Nickelodeon has their slime-defecating football broadcasts. Don't forget them.
Fox Sports is on Apple TV and is where we watch the Big Ten Network.
Hope Michigan wins again better for college football a blueblood
War eagle Auburn even though it's big ten video
CAL and STANFORD would be great additions to the Big Ten
Am I the only one finds SEC people strange fans…? I root for a school or the state where I’m from. Not a conference. That seems pretty ridiculous to me. But I guess I’m just a Yankee.
My takeaway is traditions – and sports in general – are being destroyed by tv executives and money.
Big ten is trying to pass the SEC, good luck
Yes, Adam, the South has fragility over its success. The Midwest would also feel a little uneasy, if it had the history of the South.
Go Dawgs ❤️
big ten wants the SEC shine 😂💯
MICHIGAN T END ROOM IS SNEAKY GOOD 〽️
