Ben Wallace does have a point because Carmelo would have wanted to be a starter and he also would’ve cared a lot more about his stats than being a team player and it’s like the same thing with Kobe Bryant when he was on the Lakers and the team said he wasn’t passing the ball, that he was selfish, he didn’t listen to the coach, and shaq was the leader of the team and running the office and that’s why heat getting mad at Kobe. Also, I totally get it because Kobe was young but he wanted show off his skills and talents at a very young age and prove to the people that he’s a talented player at the age of 18 but he was more focused on stats than being a team player and didn’t want to really listen to what the team has to say and Kobe wanted to be a star very early but Shaq wanted him to be a team player and just play the game as a team.
