i'm trying to learn football i never really played that much so i don't understand that good what outside and inside means in football terms. one of my friends gave me a route tree and for an outside route im pretty it said something about diving off the inside foot and i really didn't understand what that meant can someone explain?

I been playing WR since 10 years old at my start of football I watched football but when I got to pick a position I wanted to be a WR and I had to learn releases route running acceleration all that but I got used to it so now I know

I like this all except the perfect 90 degree angle yes its ideal but its not the end of the world if it dips a little left or right not even most pros throw on a perfect 90 degree angle
