There should be a transfer and salary cap for all players and staff at all clubs and players should pick the club they want to play for not the one that pays the money.
All excess profit should be filtered down to fans in the form of cheaper tickets and better stadiums and facilities.

They should make foreigners owners only be allowed to buy 49% of a club other 51% with the fans
Gary's got a point about FFP. But equally, without it we have other issues. Transfer fees have exploded to ridiculous levels in the past 30 years and much of that is down to clubs having owners with bottomless pits of money, which has then had a knock-on effect for clubs that don't have a sugar daddy. Football in Europe needs both a salary cap and a transfer limit. That's the only way you're going to get a more even playing field.
The Premier League is run like a boys club rather than a professional league.
The NFL is the gold standard of professional leagues — every team is 2-3 years from competing for the biggest prizes. There's so much parity. It's so competitive. And no individual is bigger than the league. And it's going from strength to strength. The model clearly works.
Neville wouldn't be saying all this had they beat Liverpool to the title
