Cut the regular season in half
Make games 6 minutes longer. So the bench players can become more well known, and also have more of a chance to effect the overall impact of the games. Also, take out halftime. At least make them way shorter.. Ruins the flow. Some guys are just getting warmed up… Then it's freaking halftime. Can't take away last minute free throws!! That's what makes the impossible possible! Get the ball into the hands of your best shooter- it's not that hard. Lol

Definitely wouldn't eliminate goaltending that's dumb. Good luck hitting a 3 if the 7 foot tall guy can snatch it from the air on the way down before it gets to the basket
