With exclusive access to prospects’ families and agents – as well as Club executives – Welcome to the NHL presented by adidas delivers an unprecedented look at the excitement of draft day.
Four of the 2019 first round Draft picks are chronicled in the show: Jack Hughes (No. 1 overall, New Jersey Devils), Kaapo Kakko (No. 2 overall, New York Rangers), Dylan Cozens (No. 7 overall, Buffalo Sabres) and Cole Caufield (No. 15 overall, Montreal Canadiens). The program follows them as they meet their new team’s staff, conduct media scrums following their selections and share the excitement with their friends and families.
