I felt awful for years, I went to so many doctors, they sent me to GI doctors and I took a breath test , they told me the test showed that I was lactose intolerant, IBS, SIBO. I asked what does all of that mean, the only thing they told me, I could not eat diary and after 10 years of suffering to hear that I can’t have diary and after giving up dairy I suffered 10 more years, I blamed everything on menopause. After a year ago, my primary doctor had me to see another GI doctor, he helped but it wasn’t enough. Anyway make a long story short, me, myself and I sat down at the computer, researched the information I have accumulated over the years and one word I researched was celiac disease. Earlier when I was tested, they said I didn’t have celiac disease but when I researched the disease that is where I found out I was gluten sensitive, I gave up everything gluten for three weeks, then I was told to try gluten again and I got sick again. I didn’t want to give up what I ate all my life but if it meant healing my body and staying out of pain that is what I needed to do. I am catholic and my husband was Jewish he to suffered with bathroom issues as well and he was diagnosed with colon cancer a year and a half later he died. I often wonder if he had gluten sensitivity. My research indicated colon cancer starts in the month.

Slowly changing my diet, but I don't think I have to change it to much, I'm hoping, it's working
