Top 5 CHEAPEST Ways to Watch College Football for Cord Cutters

If you’re a cord-cutter in the market for some college football, I’ve got the top 5 ways to watch: An antenna, Sling TV, Hulu Live, ESPN+, and College Sports Live. Or some combination of those. There are pros and cons any way you go, of course, so we’ll need to go into some of the details before you can decide which one is right for you.

GIVEAWAY- https://www.reviews.org/giveaways/

The first thing to note is which channels you can watch college football on, and then we can talk about the best ways to get them.

* Network TV – ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX
* ESPN and Fox Sports networks
* Conference-specific networks: Big 10, Pac 12, ACC, SEC

With that in mind, here are the Top 5 Places to Get College Football…

1. OTA antenna – local ABC affiliate, which has some of the biggest games every week. FOX also carries quite a few games, and NBC is the home of Notre Dame and airs plenty of games.

2. Sling TV – for Orange+Blue gets you most ESPN and Fox Sports, plus locals.

3. Hulu Live – includes almost everything Sling does, minus the Pac-12 network, but plus CBS Sports Network, and it does it for five bucks less per month.

4. ESPN+ – this is not a great option if you’re looking for big, marquee games. But ESPN+, for only a month, will get you some of the overlooked games. Not a great primary option, but a cheap way to fill out your schedule if you just love the game.

5. College Sports Live – Owned by CBS, and similarly to ESPN+ this will get you a lot of smaller schools and smaller games, but it does have some big stuff, too, like partnerships with Notre Dame, USC, and Penn State. The catch: College Sports Live only airs non-televised games. So if it’s airing anywhere else, it won’t be here.

There are other money-conscious streaming services that work fine for watching College Football, I just think Sling TV and Hulu Live are the best two for value. But what’s right for you is highly dependent on the teams you like to watch. If I missed any of your favorite college sports channels or ways to watch, drop them in the comments below.

  7. Cabo Wabo

$50 Youtube TV has all the college football for my needs. It even has ACC now, Best of all you have unlimited cloud DVR to record every game.

  8. george bush

nah just go youtube tv split it with 4 family members $12.50 a month

If anyone is wondering about the Longhorn Network the streaming options suck. You will need ATT Now or Sony Playstation View. One other option exists with Sling O+B package, it gives you login permissions to watch it on the ESPN app.

  10. DMS1983

Playstation Vue core package cost a little more but you get ACC Network, Big 10 network, CBS sports, ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN News, ESPNU, FS1, FS2, NBC Sports, and SEC Network

Value isn’t always about price. To me better value is about what you get for that price and what the REAL cost is.

Sorry but I would have to put YouTube TV above Sling and Hulu if you are a big college football fan. Yes they have a higher advertised cost than Sling and Hulu but you also have to ask what is the real cost. True enough you have an option to save $10 with Sling but let’s be real, 99% of people who are sports fans are going to add that $10 package along with the $5 DVR so you are already higher than YouTube TV and they have a better DVR. Almost the same thing with Hulu. Even though it comes with a DVR for that $45 price if you want the ability to fast forward you have to pay more. Personally I rather have the one upfront price and if you know you are going to want a DVR not only does YouTube TV offer a better value interns if features, in real cost it’s cheaper.

Stop being cheap, get YouTube TV or PlayStation Vue and be done with it. I have Vue and I NEVER have to worry about any of this. There, that's all you had to say.

  27. payton cooper

love how Lamar Jackson had like 6 plays on here 😂😂 hes a tank

  28. Charles Wesson

    what that song called 😱😏

  29. Austin Bailey

Lamar Jackson is great don't get me wrong, but I don't understand why he runs so much but plays quarterback. His passing stats aren't that well, but he sure knows how to keep a play alive and move the ball

  30. Jake XIV

I like how they showed Oklahoma even though they lost to us😂😂

  31. Madison Smith

    What about Memphis?

  32. Tyler McClarran

  33. Shadow7209

Cal shouldn't have had a highlight, that dropped ball was a fumble and even cal fans admitted that the ref's screwed that play up
