Study the game bro. When you are sitting out of a game, analyze people’s strengths ans weaknesses. How can you exploit them. Then try to learn to do the same with your own game

Love this channel but disagree… we used to literally go to the courts and just play forever sun up sun down then we found a place with a light… we got rest when it rained and even then rest was debatable.. but if u wanna be like todays bitch made players go right ahead and find excuses for why u suck and need to play less… pick up 1-2 a week??? Come on dude

Best qoute I ever got was, you may be putting in the hours but are you putting in the hours of the right stuff, you can be the most consistent inconsistent person because your not working the way you should

this guy is just wrong its not that your working too long its that your not training efficiently your likely just shooting around also just muscle memory isnt enough to really excell at basketball you have to understand the game on a deeper level watch film and study plays and know you and your teammates strengths and weaknesses

Then How Kobe Bryant became a Legend if training too much will not improve your game?🤔

    Why kobe bryant training 🤔

I've been basketball training an average of 5 days for 2-4 hours a session for the past few of months. It has sky rocketed my performance. I practice at game speed with finishing and handles as well. If you're not improving, keep a log of your techniques and move/shot selection which is, in my opinion, 10 times more important. Don't let that inner sluggard keep off the court! Back me up Goggins!

    Tell that to Kobe
