The Redemption of Markelle Fultz

It’s no secret that Markelle Fultz has had a bizarre career. From his time with the 76ers, to joining the Orlando Magic, Fultz has had his fair share of struggles throughout his time in the NBA.

But with Fultz now recovered, and looking like the Orlando Magic starting point guard of the future, he’s a prime example of why you should never be quick to label a player a bust.

Markelle Fultz showcased his playmaking ability with the Magic, but his mid range creation and playmaking are all reasons why Fultz could most definitely become an All Star.

  2. @terrencesmith1333

    Solid all around player

  3. @thatanimatorguy2179

I’m so happy that he got better

  4. @JADiaz10

Now that’s he’s been playing a bit, Orlando has played A LOT better recently. Once they get Isaac, that team could be a problem. His defensive potential is slept on too. He’s got really long arms. Could be similar defender to DJ on the Hawks. His three ain’t looking bad even tho it’s low volume. He can catch n hit an open shot. He’s still getting his legs under him but this video a hit. One of the best breakdown channels I’ve seen.

  5. @MrJspookz

im surprised he's still an athletic freak after that acl injury. Upside potential is still major.

  6. @___Anakin.Skywalker

He's actually a bust. Just say the truth. Biggest bust ever

There is a huge difference between Fultz and Simmons imo from a sixers fan from Philly. We would never boo or disrespect or put Markelle down like we do with Ben because Ben was and is arrogant, he refuses to listen to coaches, he refuses to work hard on his weaknesses and the way he flat out disrespected Brett Brown was shameful. His coach told him to take at least one 3 a game and what did he do? He didn't take another one for the entire time afterwards. Ben has not improved one bit since his rookie year, infact he regressed. Now Markelle on the other hand, even though there were better players taken after him and he didn't work out in Philly, he was not arrogant about things, he didn't bs like BS and he has worked on his game and has improved, maybe not to the level of a first overall pick, but the man tries, that's why Philly still has love for Fultz but zero for Simmons.

welcome to dallas! we need u!

  9. @KC-lg8qf

Here is his problem……he is not hard worker. Period. Look how lazy those practice clips look. So glad the Sixers have Maxey now..will never have to wonder if he is working on his game.

  10. @charliekim4225

Do not trust the process. The sixers are a satanic organization . Look at the mental curse they put on Markelle and Ben Simmons. They both have mental problems with their game

  11. @kingbooty

The Magic team needs Fultz as that elite ball handler that can run their offense and get to the rim at anytime.

  12. @spurs_7798

    Defintion of a bust.
Injuries, mental issues, on court production.. just a complete failure for a high pick. Just switch to the CBA, cash out and retire at 32.

  13. @connorblazerod9678

I think the expections of a number 1 pick are simply too high for markelle. He can still turn out to have a productive career, but I can't see him ever living up to being worth the 1st pick

  14. @galaxybrainjimmy1520

His spin move is also unique, i can't pull it off, but this man is doin it full speed down hill

  15. @MrGtg109p

    Will he start over Cole?

  16. @MrOctober44

Nets fan. I'm rooting for him. Hope he becomes a star

  17. @GUTZ420

18 games small sample? damn thats nothing 🤣

  18. @syauqirashadSR

its funny how the magic have been such a deadzone for talent yet now, they've got 1 of if not the best young core in the league, maybe just behind the grizzlies and just in front of the pels. But, their actual challenge would be going forward, when these guys want their contracts, who's going to get shifted, are they going to lose some of them for free? How are their front office going to deal with it

  19. @Sugarist0

Do ur telling me he’s basically a copy of Demar Derozan

  20. @dominicdo2719

The number 1 thing he needs to do to get better is just to be healthy. Dude played 26 games in the last 2 season. Forget shooting, forget playmaking just focus on conditioning and being able to stay on the court

  21. @zainmirza9084

markelle gonna take the league by storm this season… everyone in the league knows this mans cold as hell.. & now magic are a team to look out for

  22. @ep7975

Looking back, it was all the Fultz cheerleading idiots like this guy that allowed Jayson Tatum to fall right into my Celtics hands. Thanks DUMMIES!

  36. @ramadankai2847

    You better delete this video

  37. @PatriotMinded

His game has completely changed since his injury. He went from being a sniper who could also get to the rack, to a 100% downhill player who can't shoot. Had he not had that bizarre injury, Sixers would of probably traded Ben Simmons for some pieces and won a few championships.

  38. @merdor9

Mike korzemba you are so bad at prictions searysly

  39. @merdor9
