Tua is better than Herbert. Herbert has a big arm, but Tua has better vision, better football IQ and is MUCH more accurate than Herbert. A big arm puts up a lot of fantasy stats, but if you're asking me who the better quarterback is, it's Tua. If you're asking me who is more likely to lead their team to a Super Bowl, it's Tua. If you're asking me who is more likely to play 17 games in a season…we'll, that one's probably Herbert. Tua can't win'em all.
