    My bracket is a total mess. I do however have Alabama, Duke (loser), Gonzaga, and Houston in the Final Four. Today, my best bet is Crieghton to cover -10. GL

    Princeton allows 59.0 pts per game and Creighton allows 69.5 pts per game. I mean it's crazy not to take + 10 pts with Princeton when they both are even with scoring pts per game. 🤷🏾‍♂️

    I dunno Recommendations seem to be based mainly on stats and not visuals.
    Example, this show is not alone in claiming SDSU plays one of the slowest tempos in the country. Anyone who watches an SDSU game probably wouldn't agree.
    On defense, of course good defense will prevent the opposing team from getting a good shot. SDSU is one of the very best if not tops in the entire country in making the opponent violate the shot clock. On offense, SDSU actually runs an offense that works for the open shot. Most teams don't run an offense that passes the ball more than 3 passes and instead of initiating a new play, usually fires the ball whether there is a good look or not. Is that good O to shoot the clock within 15 seconds no matter what the opponent's D is doing? SDSU's main problem for most of the year has been lack of focus on O, standing around instead of forcing their objective when it's not given but the Aztecs have been doing a lot better fixing this problem towards the end of the season.

    I think that anyone who actually watches an SDSU game will notice that its offense is not some slow tempo, bleed the clock offense. Shots can come early or late and based on opportunities based on opponents' mistakes. It's plenty fast for the opponent that's defending. And, SDSU has been adding new dimensions to its offense towards the end of the season. It'll be interesting if new wrinkles have been installed during the 6 day gap leading up to the Sweet 16.

    BTW – I watched Virginia for the third time this Tournament and am unimpressed with its touted D compared to the SDSU defense. In the FAU game, IMO FAU won because its D was actually closer to what SDSU does instead of what Virginia was doing. In a game where neither side shot the ball that well, FAU simply played the better defense. IMO Virginia lost primarily because of its coaching and the team not improving through the Tournament by noticing what other teams were doing. Virgiina thought it was already really good and would simply dance past FAU with what it came to the Tournament doing and that doesn't cut it for any of the remaining teams.
