Would be a better series if there was more old time hockey. so much finesse out there and not enough controlled aggression. Everyone terrified to draw a penalty which is WAY WAY to easy to do in todays game. One little tilt in a game now and everyone is talking about it. Wow how sad.

The overturned goal changed the whole fabric of the game and the series. Lightning will find a way to win even if it means cheating. Avs will lose in 6 games
I didn't see the part where the Avs defenseman blatantly went after Kucherovs surgically repaired hip. Seems to be the Avs way. When they get beat they take out the other teams best players. I think it was Toews against the boards. He crosschecked Kucherov right between the soft spot of the pants and chest pads and put his entire weight on his stick into Kucherov's hip. There is a no doubt about it camera angle. I get hockey, I used to play and understand emotions and payback but there are specific players you just dont go after like that. I mean that's a NHL stars career. What if Cernek goes after Landeskogs repaired knee or Mackinnon's wrist or hand he injured fighting at the end of the season? It's just not good for the game and no way to truly beat another team!
Av's blew a big opportunity to put a stranglehold on this series by sleepwalking through game 3. If they don't win the cup, that game, not game 2 will tell the story of this series…
