Ranking the New Expanded SEC – College Football Tier List

It might not be happening next year – but conference expansion is on the horizon – and the SEC plans to add two new teams into the fold from the Big 12 – Oklahoma and Texas. But how will this shake up the conference? In this video I break down the SEC into tiers, predicting how teams will stack up over the next few seasons.

How do you think the new SEC will stack up? Let me know in the comments.

    Tennessee is solid C Tier
Lane Kiffen chokes as a head coach
I put Fla. at A- cannot judge them on what they did in the past, but what they did lately
    LSU win a title… bahahahahahahahahahaha
Maybe win the west after Ala. and AU move to the east.. .

Texas has been trash in the Big12 for like….20years

When you put UGA on a level below the gumps, a few months after Ga beat them (owning the 4th qtr, which Bama was so used to saying, "yes I'll take that"), I had to stop your video.
PS- Kentucky is better than C. Anyone can see that

Texas can and will money whip any other school in the country and if NIL doesn’t put them at a distinct advantage then I don’t know what will. Money talks and bullshit walks.

Georgia belongs on top with Bama…..dipstick.

You got a lot right, but I agree with some other commenters that Georgia is in the top tier. I also think you're criticism of the Longhorns isn't a 100% accurate. You have them in the right place, but their issue isn't that they have all the talent in the world, it's that they have talent in the wrong places and then they don't develop it.

Yes they have some top 5 classes, but then they have less than stellar classes. If you average their classes over the last 10 years, the number will sueprise you, especially if you compare that to A&M. Also, their talent often is at the skill position. If they don't get linemen, all the skill in the world doesn't matter.

Ok I may be bias but I fill Georgia is a s tear team. I fell there worst record is going to be 11-1. But a team I definitely not bias about is Mississippi state and kuntuky. They both should be B teams. The rest of these I fell like are right. I wish I could say Alabama is a A team but I can't.

I'm glad you are recognizing that there is no Big 6, Big 3 or whatever. there is a Big 1 and everybody else. When other teams have had the history of Bama, the last 10 years of Bama, the last 15 years of Bama, the last 40 years of Bama and last 50,60 years of Bama then you can come aboard. Nobody right now is even close. Bama is unparalleled and it goes back 100 years. Sorry Notre Dame and USC.

How many state has Div 1 football? I'm sure some state has more than other. Especially out west! And northeast section of America. Football is big time in the Southern state, Texas and Midwestern state

    Dude

Texas lost to Kansas at home
