Often called Totals Betting, an Over/Under bet outcome is dependent on successfully predicting the amount a situation occurs. For example, when placing a bet on a football match of Over 2.5 goals, three goals or more must be scored for you to win your bet.
Over/Under bets can be placed on almost any situation (goals, cards, corners, fouls, offsides, etc) across almost any sport (football, tennis, basketball, darts, etc).

If I bet under 3 goals and over 3 goals? But match ends with 3 goals so will i loose bet?
Per suppose if I bet a under 3 goals in football. what if match ends with 3 goals. will i be loosing bet?
