NFL is by some way the most popular sport to bet on across the US, and with the relative recency to sports betting, many people are left wondering how to bet on the NFL and the different ways in which you can. Each NFL match will have hundreds of different markets in which you can wager on, from betting on the winner of the game, to the point spread, or a whole host of Player Prop Bets such as touchdown scorers, the possibilities when betting an NFL game are near limitless. The main three ways people will bet on an NFL game, however, are the Moneyline, Point Spread, and Points Totals. The money line is betting on the outright winner, the Point Spread is for a team to either cover the spread, with the favorite conceding points and the underdogs gaining points, or the points totals where you are betting on whether the match will hit over or under a set number of points. The NFL Betting lines are much discussed throughout the week and leading up to game day, even amongst the mainstream media. Most NFL Betting Lines will be released on Monday, following the conclusion of the teams’ matches, but some factors such as injuries or potential injuries can cause the sportsbooks to delay the release of these lines. Sharp bettors will look at these lines as early as possible and try to take advantage of the points or odds. It’s not uncommon for a line to more a few points from the opening NFL Betting Line, so if you are betting early and on the right side of the move, you could be on the Chiefs at -6 when bettors on Sunday would have to take them at -8, which can easily be the difference between winning and losing. We react to the opening NFL betting lines every week of the season as well as all of the latest NFL Odds so be sure to check out which betting lines our experts like each week. NFL Over Under betting is a great way to wager on a match when you don’t like either side, or you predict it being a tight nervy affair or a shootout. Here you are betting on the total combined points from both teams. The line will be set by sportsbooks at something like 48.5, and if 49 or more points are scored the over hits, if it’s 48 or fewer, the under hits. Similar to NFL player proposition betting, NFL team proposition betting, is a bet on whether a team will or won’t do a certain thing in the game. NFL team props are a great way to wager on a game when you like one side more than the other. For example, if you like the Buccaneers to have a high scoring game, but are unsure if their opponent will score enough to see the over hit, you can bet on the number of points the Buccaneers score. You can also wager on which team will score first, who will win each quarter, or even the first turnover. The possibilities are limitless with NFL team props and our experts will have their best bets all season long over on the NFL Prop Bets page.

This is such an idiotic segment. One major injury by those weeks….he is screwed. Colts and Giants will also be better than he thinks….this guy is crazy. Broncos might be play off contenders too….idiotic segment.
