   I am probably in the minority on this but this new age of NIL, transfer portals(1,700 kids transferred this year alone) and garish McMansion athletics facilities has been a turn off to me. If I have extra money it's going to my own kids, nieces or the poor, not college kids playing sports who are well taken care of as is.

   the portal allows player to go where they can get playing time. but if they go there and they are on the bench, then they are not as good as they think they are.

   I think it’s awesome. As a Michigan fan, I absolutely love Cade McNamara after what he did for us last year. JJ took his job now so he gets to transfer out and play somewhere. Good for him.
