How effective of a shuffle is a wash?
Like how many washes would it take to ensure a true shuffle? The same way that 1 ruffle isnt a true shuffle

When I do this full shuffle during the poker league I run, there's always somebody that says "this isn't the casino".
By the way, a wash is not required for every shuffle. But at my casino, there are automatic shufflers in the tables. The dealer will do a wash anytime one is requested by one of the players.

On your first explanation you missed the 3rd riffle after the strip, also for the most part this is correct, however if you're the dealer, after the wash you ALWAYS set the cards towards you rather than the players. Doesn't matter if you see cuz you aren't playing and should be impartial. Don't ever let the players see

After the final riffle, you have to fully release the deck before you do the one-handed cut.
You said it. It's too easy to cheat. You have to release the deck to prove you didn't leave any breaks in the deck.
A "break" is when you use one of your fingers to keep the two parts of the deck separated, signifying where you should cut from.

This isn't exactly right. It's best to split the two halves, making a small triangle, to easily put the cards together. Also, you dont have to use a card to pick up the cards.
Are there any problems with players seeing the bottom cards after you pick up the wash
I just shuffled a deck twice like this and the bottom card was the Ace of Spades both times. This is all a lie, what is poker, what is life?
