2021 our ace was McCullers he got injured before the WS. We had a younger valdez, urguidy, Vazquez, and Garcia. Greinke was very inconsistent and older. Our bullpen was not what it was 2022. Our offense was definitely fire. I would say we were the Phillies of 22 without the 2 aces. And y’all saw what happened with them. Pitching and defense wins you chips. Bats can always go cold at anytime. That being said 21 braves well deserved chip
How do you not applaud what the Astros have done? What they have done in the last 6 years has been amazing. Besides the Manfred report showed that the Astros weren’t the only team that cheated in 2017. Teams like the Yankees was using the dugout phone, and they fought that report all the way in the Supreme Court from making it to the Public. Red Sox cheated and use the iwatch method. Many alleged players have come out and even said “it was a league wide thing”. Even here recently reports and allegations that the dodgers cheated as well.
I applaud the Astros for being the scapegoat of the league, and maintaining dominance like they have.
