Being in that stadium and chanting for Jared just gave me chills. Ever since the Lions picked up Josh Reynolds, Goff has really shown he has the chops to be a top QB in the NFL. Reynolds was that spark because they worked together before and work so well together now. That's the moment I realized we got a good one and might have gotten a great one. But everyone comes around at different times, it just happens. Those chants for Goff really, to me, was us saying as a city there's no more doubt left. We believe and you're OUR guy. Yeah, that first year, you saw more Stafford Rams jerseys than Goff jerseys in the stadium. We pulled for him in the Super Bowl. It takes a while to get over the old flame. Two years later, Jared, you've made converts of us all.
Mcvay not only disrespected him by trading him but then he does it again during the game kicking the ball to then with 1 timeout and 4 minutes left as if he knew Goff would fail on the drive. Good for Goff am glad the lions won because he needed to get them back.

I wish i could experience it again
I've been a Detroit resident almost all my life, went to Lions games all my life, training camps and bought season tickets in 1996. This is what I waited for.
