If you bet KC -7.5 on Monday. Then on Wednesday Mahommes sprains his ankle eating too much ketchup and the line is now -2.5. Would you cash out your first bet for a small guaranteed loss and re-bet(if you liked it) the new number or just let it ride with the tougher number?
Can you explain what point spreads should be money line wise and how each .5 point changes the ML? Also, when would you use ML instead of spread for football?

Prez and Teddy, you ask for comments REPEATEDLY yet do not reply to or acknowledge most of them. Most recently, on AUGUST 8TH on this same show I had a lengthy comment regarding some charts/data Ralph supplied for the viewers about the upcoming NFL season. And if it is not blocked ( because sometimes my different perspective/reality checks are too real for the faint of heart at WT) it was simply ignored. As far as I know, Teddy does not even READ never mind respond to comments (Prez has said this several times) yet Teddy says today "MOST IMPORTANTLY please comment for the algorithm". Huh? Really? Unless, you only want pats on the back and ass-kissing compliments, you should start to acknowledge the WELL THOUGHT OUT VALUABLE INFO viewers ADD to your shows on a weekly basis. WHAT IS THE POINT of commenting if the comments are CENSORED or ignored? It is a bit two-faced if we are being honest here. IF you want comments JUST for your algorithm but do not intend to respond to them, say that. And be real about it. I actually comment primarily to memorialize my own takes. I take a pic and add it to my own files. BUT the quality content comments (again refer to AUGUST 8th on WAGERTALK, if it is not blocked) are quickly replaced with ones like this when you (not everyone at WT) cannot be bothered reading them yet ask for more comments. So, let's start with GOING BACK to AUGUST 8th and reading my comment from a week ago. REPLYING to that one would have helped your algorithm as well. AND NO ONE believes the notion that these comments "keep the channel free" as Teddy claims today. If it did, someone at WAGERTALK would be responding to all of them with something. I know this is the busy season for cappers that do not understand mixed martial arts and are limited to preseason football, but if you are SINCERELY interested in comments and dialog from your viewing audience, start with reading and responding to the ones you have. And here is another tip, a RESPONSE to a comment, would UNDOUBTEDLY get a response from the original commenter and other viewers. That would EQUAL more comments. We all want you to keep the lights on at Wagertalk so by all means keep the comments flowing everyone!

For BS: I’d like to hear a discussion about open teasers. How often do you use them? Last year was the first season I did so in NFL, and I found it to be extremely useful and profitable as long as you stay patient with them.
