He's losing money on the bets. But making money selling a dream. Problem is the bets lose.
The key with betting is to never give up, but also be responsible with your funds as well. Establish an income where you got at least around $500 coming in every month. You will lose a lot at first, sometimes beginners luck the first few days being up then losing it all after that, but they key again is to learn and never give up. You will get used to betting so much that it becomes second nature to you and will correct the mistakes you made before. I will suggest hedging your bets, betting both sides, so you get something out of all of your bets. Make sure when you hedge your bets you come out with a profit. Don't spend more than you will make, so that you come out of profit. I would say bet somebody before game or match starts then do live betting and wait for the opposite team or player to become the underdog and take the bet. You do that you will either win or break even on all of your bets. Never just bet one side because betting is too 50/50, you will always lose money betting 50/50 that way. Also, make sure you do lose at times when you're winning a lot, so the sportsbooks don't ban you from their sites for winning too much. The best way to do this is to bet a couple of parlays a week or every couple of weeks and lose on purpose just to make it look like you're a gambler who just gets lucky, but still gives money back to the sportsbook through losing parlays. Also, always take your profits and withdraw.
