Poker rules:
First match, reading Kenneth is not important, since he went all in. He has to stay all in anyway. Usually stand-in's aren't allowed, but it seemed like casual match so..
Second match, If you go all in and opponent doesn't have the chips to match. Assuming they still call, the first person who put all in gets back the chips that the opponent cant cover. AND the dude is fucking idiot for going all in with pair of 2s. He wasn't even bluffing since he wanted him to call.
