deligt is not even the best defender in serie a. milan skriniar tomori koulibaly bremer kalulu all had better season than deligt. had potential a few years ago but never lived up that hype & makes silly mistakes but english clubs are like psg go after popular names & throw money on players without even watching their games just like Chelsea wasted money on lukaku without even watching how conte played lukaku. so I won't be surprised if Chelsea throw another 100mln euros on deligt & start complaining 6 months later
