Some years there are not four good quality Championship teams and now they think they can select twelve? Blame the complete imbalance in college football. It is so uncompetitive compared to the NFL. The NFL just had a great playoff run. NCAA football is full of blowouts due to the imbalance of talent and resources.

I think an expander playoff is what the fans want but it’s probably not what the schools and the players want. As a diehard fan I wouldn’t mind seeing college football all year long lol

By 2025, there will only be 4 major football conferences (SEC, Big Ten, ACC/Big 12 East, Pac-12/Big 12 West). The mid-majors are going to be priced out of FBS CFP.

Needs to move to at least 7 times teams with the number 1 ranked team earning a bye as the other 6 play each other to move on in the playoffs

The young men in college should stay in for 3-4 years. The one thing is the speed of pro football even for SEC or B1G programs with also Okie, Baylor, is fast. The strength of NFL players with muscle build is broke down to a science, and most need a trainer for the off season. A young man going pro after 1 year or 2 years is not good, sure there may be a couple freaks who can do it. Most will not and fail..
