    Most these know it all pundits were saying Bayern was hot favourites a few weeks ago. It’s amazing how pundits change their minds at the drop of a pin, lol 😂

    I was surprised by the lack of intensity shown by Bayern. Anyone can have a bad day on the pitch but there is no excusing the pedestrian way they went about things. They were dreadful too on the weekend and all the commentators were saying how they were "saving themselves for the massive game in midweek". Well, they never showed up. They needed at the very least to start fast, get into the faces of the Villareal players and show them who is boss & get their crowd pumped up.

    They did none of those things and the tactics were the same as the first leg, which was so easy to defend. Really lame effort but credit to Villareal for taking advantage of it.

    when you have Emery as your coach you will always have a chance of doing good in Europe, doesn't matter if its Europa or UCL
