Arsenal fell victim to the same kind of weaknesses as Man City have demonstrated a few times. Too much focus on controlling the ball and not enough forward attacking when the opportunity was there. Another side or back pass to reset and build once again. Sporting sat back and were trying to anticipate the next pass, with some success. When the opportunity came, they were going for it. I personally dislike the excessive number of times a keeper gets involved in the play, especially when they could have moved forward. The more you keep the ball at the other end, the more chance you'll have a win.
