Vegas had Alabama as a 8 point favorite against LSU, but LSU beat Alabama. It's glorious to see Saban beg.

Easy with all the math. Bama fans may need to pause this and rewind. Note taking possibly for those who can write…. I’m just kidding guys… Go Dawgs!

Listen up fellow Alabama fans… We weren't good enough this year plain and simple. Talent and betting odds did not equate to performance on the field this year. Nick looked pretty silly going on his media tour the night before

So Ohio State gets blasted at home just one week ago and you're telling me that they're a top 4 team…Insane!!

  5. Landscaper 419

That was Ohio states best team by far that year.

The college football committee chose the right four teams number one ranked Georgia 13-0 , number two ranked Michigan 13-0, three ranked TCU 12-1 , number four ranked Ohio State 12-1 in two years CFP expanding to 12 team CFP playoffs. Tennessee and Alabama going to big New Year's Day bowl games every game matters in college football from week 1 to the final game of the regular season all the way to conference Championship week think about some of the other teams that are not going to be in the college football playoffs but they're going to be in bowl games power 5 and group of five teams college football has a lot more to offer than the national football League.

OSU fan here. We're screwed. Might be worse than 2016 clemson game for us.

As a Bama fan, I am disappointed, but understood and agreed with the decision on who was going to be #4. Alabama lost 2 games on final plays of games on the road and probably would be favored against 3 of the four CFP teams. Bama also gave up way too many points to Tennessee and couldn't stop LSU for 1 play, which was a gift from a gambling Brian Kelly. Bama had trouble with offensive line play in the games with top 25 teams and Bryce Young had very little time in the pocket. I would have loved to have seen Young play in the CFP because he's such a special talent and one of the best football players I've ever seen. On to the Sugar Bowl and Roll Tide !

How does a team lose to a 2 Loss team and not drop any? Georgia got screwed. Ohio State should have moved to #3. But Politics played a part in not having a rematch in a Semi Final… Gives Big Ten a better chance of winning it all. TCU is the weakest Team of the 4. And this is coming from a Bama Fan. Also don't think Bama deserved to make CFP. No Elite Wins and having 2 Losses has to matter.

If the system was perfect, we wouldn’t have anything to talk about. Guess what, when the 12 team playoff comes out…there still will be controversy…and that’s ok. Conference championships are the backbone of ALL College sports and despite all the other changes with transfer portal, NIL. The CFP needs to at least protect the integrity of the conference championships and hopefully the elimination of divisions will help do that and also the importance of winning the conference and securing 1 of the 12 spots will also do that too.

Ultimately if USC, LSU and Tenn would have took care of business. OSU wouldn't be in the playoffs

If not for the injury Hendon Hooker, Tennessee should be ahead of 'Bama. That injury drops Tennessee because much of their winning was due to his play. Maybe that should not be, but rankings do somewhat look at who will be there when the game will be played. Hope he heals well.

Otherwise, the playoff has the right teams. I might switch their order, but that is not really important, all four need to win 2 games to win it all and pay whoever shows up to play against them.

  13. Phillip Clark

Wins and losses matter. 1 lose is better than 2.

  14. Andre Jamison

Georgia played Samford and Kent State.

  15. William Salter

Greg remember when you been there you know what it takes in your position you have a chance to do big things

  16. Andre Jamison

You never hear ESPN talk about Bama non schedule

  17. Andre Jamison

Utah State, Austin Peay, Louisiana Monroe. Is Alabama's non-conference schedule add that in with Vanderbilt that is for manufacturer wins. And they play Auburn who sucks and they play Arkansas that lost Liberty that's two more wins so out of there 10 wins those are six of them and remember Mississippi state has three losses.

  18. DavideoPRO

I dont want the best four. That is all opinion bs. Screw opinion. We have a system if you earn it and get blown out but 80 you still deserved being there. Like you said. Doesnt matter how good or favored bama would be ffs smh it is about who deserves it. You nailed it

    roll tears roll 😆
bama getting snubbed is best for business (49 states agree!)
