The trainers are amazing, there’s so much going on around them I imagine it’s easy to lose track and get turned around and they just stay so focused and help their pups get thru this process as fast and focused as possible!

I love Pete Rose because he's not only the Best Hitter in Baseball, he's a good Coach. When I was playing Knothole and the Pitch, Hit& Throw Came around I was prepared, because of Pete Rose's little Pamphlet on tips of how to hit curve ball, choking up on the bat, stance, fielder positioning of legs and feet to be ready to throw the ball (catch and release) wow, That's two Sports Catch and Release, Fishing too lol!. Pete was a Players Player and although Yogi Bera had Good Quotes, Pete had a Baseball Mentality sharper than anybody to play the game. No wonder they were Champions and almost Champions almost every year he was with the Reds. One more thing. While he was the Coach of the Reds, they came in second place in the National League Central Division four years in a Row. The 1990 World Series Champion Reds led by Lou Pinella was a team that Pete Rose built. I'm not taking anything away from Lou, but after Pete got in trouble, the Reds and Cincinnati fans needed a World Series Championship. Each and every Red was cool, in their own way!

Pete Rose autographed a baseball and gave it to my Dad on October 2, 1969 that reads "To Jerry Fields From Pete
Rose & Thanks". For 53 years starting in April 1966 we had front row Braves seats in front of the visitors batting circle. At the final game of the '69 season Pete was battling for the title with Roberto Clemente and Pete was 0 for 3 and Clemente was 3 for 3, percentage points ahead. My dad took a transistor radio to every game so we could listen to Ernie Johnson and Milo Hamilton. As Pete strolled to the plate, Milo came on the radio and said (knowing my dad had the radio) "If anyone down there has a radio tell Pete that Clemente was 3 for 3 and he needed a hit to win the title". We screamed that to Pete who promptly laid down a bunt and beat it out for an infield hit. After the game Pete came up to us and signed the baseball. Funny ending was my dad thanked him for the ball and said he would really like to get a bat from him to which Pete replied: "$hit, I wouldn't give my mother a bat" and walked off.

Pete Rose has been punished enough. The Commissioner should lift the ban before allowing Bonds, A-Rod, and others that tested positive for steroids.
