My husband and I recently visited Clemson for the first time. I was shocked at the steep grade of the hill they run down. The tv cameras don’t capture the true picture. There’s no way in hell that I would ever attempt going down that hill…..not even on my butt! 🧡💜🧡

This is a quote derived from a perspective in which wealth is fixed, finite, and cannot be increased. Therefore, the rich are people who hoard this wealth and can only do so by redeucing the wealth available to others. And certainly, this is not entirely untrue. But that perspective is like400 years out of date- and frankly, without our belief that wealth CAN be increased, our quality of life as a whole would be so much worse than it is today. Oh, sure, you can say that lots of people live terribly today as it is- and that's true. But frankly, was that percentage any better before the capitalist concept of increasing wealth came about? Did people live better? No. Even people living on the poverty line today in most first world countries live objectively better than most craftsmen before capitalism. And differing technology levels are not a valid reason for this, since they are i many ways a direct consequence of the cnage in attitute towards wealth.
There's a difference between success and theft disguised as success. Mixing up the two is disingenous and honestly, anyone working on the entertainment industry in whatver form should know better than to go there.
