Craig was spot on. Who guarantees coaches a full season if they don't perform well. If Chelsea starts new year on a loosing streak, the coach will be sacked. Then play with the new system or think of future. Nobody cares about future. Think of the present and then start adding players which will give you a bright future. Try to establish the base first.
