Got restricted by this mob for false claims of ‘bonus abuse’, despite not receiving any bonuses. Account was only up by 2.5k which, other than livescorebet, is the 2nd quickest of all the online books who have restricted me.
I can only bet a max off £20 per bet now.

played a few black jack hands the other day and dealer fell a sleep, i contacted support and before i could explain the issue i got spammed with all that copy paste regulation and licence and a guarantee that every thing is as it should be, a few minutes later dealer was dragged away and new dealer came in 🤣 game round was reset, in my game history game round was deleted after it was recorded there already and since round was reset i should get bet refund or my bet should stay active for next round. So in my eyes deleting a game round from game history should be highly illegal but like support said its all regulated 🤣
I di virtual racing since began . I've e won thousands in past . Now they so corrupt they making all my bets lose . One woman told me all the money I'd backed in last 2 years and all the money won . She told me they know your signature on bet and we put your name slip if you won 100 . She now sacked . I sad they know every horse I'm doing and changing the race when I do big and know it a winner . All my horses I put on in a day up to 25 a lot will win next day or night and day after. Its the same thing every bet I do now they come in the next day . They give me single win every 4 days ti keep me interested . But won't give me anything big . I used to win every day but last 8onths it's completely changed .my horses go in still , but not at time I do them this is at done s I know they know what I'm backing and when and am sure theyl change the race for me to not t win .can easy do it on computer

I've never personally had a problem with William Hill, had my account for close to 20 years. I had my Ladbrokes account for quite a while too, last month had a very lucky streak on Ladbrokes, over 3 days won close to £900, next day got a email to say I was no longer able to use any bonuses or offers, and when I tried to place a £50 bet on a mainstream football game it was saying maximum stake £2.49 or something ridiculous. Happy to not use again.
William Hill restricted my account, I called them and they said I was betting outside of my means, my suspicion is I was winning to much on the freebies, They had not done an affordability check and did not know my income, how can they know what I can or can't afford? Easy answer – I closed my account and now use Paddy Power! Nice one William Hill
William hill is a disgrace
William hill have always been one of the online bookmakers that I seemed to lose more with especially on the slots. Fortunately I've seen the light and don't bet anymore. 🙂

I opened a grosvenor account aaaaages ago like yonks back and was never asked to verify.. recently took a free slot bonus of £2 and turned it into £500 and cashed the lot out. No issues. Account now seems to be fully verified. Not had a win from them since but never put any money in 😂
William Hill is another bookmaker I can't stand.
I’ve used William hill for a number of years and never experienced any sort of issues like in this video but I certainly do not feel comfortable carrying on using them after this watch. Thanks for exposing them for how they really are

William hill are awful for this type of thing, I used to have a William hill account And they done all my ID checks After I had won off of my bonus when I signed up and this when I signed up I obviously passed all of them they passed all of the ID checks and then a few months later I had won again they won they wanted me to do all these more checks with more documents these more checks with more documents which are provided and it took him over 2 weeks 2 weeks to pay out £50 which I won on the switch I won and then they close my account they close my account and said you don't have any right to have an account blah blah I'm lucky

I used to gamble a lot 4 years ago when my father in-law was alive I used to take days of work and travel the country and abroad to watch the racing but since he passed away I've lost my spirit 😢 and don't enjoy it anymore and with your insight I'm glad I don't bother at all.
