These picks weren’t too good…Your best picks were 0-3
Your least confident pick was the only one that won, and it really looked like you hated taking the Bengals. Blah!!
I guess basketball is your thing
When does your stats background come into play? As far as I can tell, it has nothing to do with your picks.

Hey MJ! Been a minute but hope all has been well.

I'm completely with you on CIN +3.5….I'm actually getting them +4. I realize TEN is getting Henry back but this is going to be big test for him and the health of his foot. I'm by no means wishing him ill but he's a massive running back coming off a broken bone in his foot same season. He may start off slow, too, and couple that with the tendency for teams coming off byes to start slow, CIN +2 1st half might be a nice play.

Not a huge fan of the line in the SAF/GBP game. I have the line closer to 3 in favor of GBP. How Jimmy G plays could ultimately decide the game, let alone covering the -5.5 spread. I might look at the over 47.5. I have GBP winning 29.58 – 26.42. Since 2018, they have played each other 5 times and the scores have been 30-28, 34-17, 20-37, 8-37 and 33-30 for an average total of 54.8. It could be the Deebo-Davante show. It looks like Bosa and Warner are going to play. Shanahan said Jimmy G looks great despite the sprained shoulder… could just be coach speak, though.

I'm with on LAR +3. I have TAB winning 28.8 – 26.43 and the line has now dropped to TAB -2.5 so the line looks right now to me. I don't think the kickoff time will affect them. Understandably, IND, NYG, HOU and MIN are not the Bucs but they won by an average of 13 points (33-20) in the 1 EST window games and until this year, Stafford has always been on a 1 EST window team. Von Miller and the defensive line are turning it up and OBJ (also from a 1 PM EST window team) is starting to round into form in this offense. It's also obvious Akers is a difference maker… so much more dynamic than the other RBs. TAB secondary has gotten healthier but are still susceptible over the top….. putting pressure on Stafford is paramount. TAB is also expected to get Fournette back from IR stint due to hamstring strain…… he could be the key to the game. John Brown could be activated from practice squad, too. He's not had time to work with Brady but he is familiar with the offense. This game is interesting to me as it could play out in an offensive shootout or a defensive slugfest. My total could be high but I think there are too many stars on both sides for no points to be scored.

I'm with you on BUF +2.5. The line has now dropped to KAC -1.5 and it seems like they are begging bettors to take KAC at such a small number but I feel like BUF is the right side for the game and spread. KAC D is healthier and playing much better of late but Josh will make them pay in the man-to-man matchups, me thinks. I also worry a bit about the KAC offense, too….. watch them blow BUF outta the water this week but I feel like BUF D has been consistent and is confident they can beat KAC anywhere, anytime now. I have BUF winning 28.28 – 27.69.

Another year in the books is fast-approaching, professor. It's been another great ride! Best of luck to you and everyone else this week!

Please no trades. Stay where we're at and take the best available players. I would love Dean, edge from Michigan, and Garret Wilson. From those 3 I've doubt if Wilson will be around

  18. G Collie

I literally picked the opposite of every game on my ticket. Titans, 49ers, bucks and chiefs
