I came in here saying, out loud to myself, "There's no way Steve recommends a side ATS in this game." I was not disappointed.
All the talking heads saying Baltimore will run over Dallas like the Saints did last week. That may end up being true, but it’s not like Dallas doesn’t know that Baltimore has the #1 rushing attack after 2 weeks.
I can imagine McCarthy & Zimmer talking about it…”Hey Zim, since we got curb stomped by the Saints, are you planning on doing anything to slow down an even more powerful rushing attack, statistically speaking?” “No Mike. I hadn’t heard Baltimore, Lamar Jackson & Derrick Henry & co., knows how to run the ball effectively. I was thinking we’d do exactly the same thing we did vs the Saints and hope it just works out better. Our scheme and personnel are good but thanks for asking.”
