So weird seeing Conley in red
Shoutout to his former coach to hire him and set him up for success 🙌🏼
Destroyed Noah and Horford with one hand at 19, can’t see him being anything less than a perennial all star if he had stayed healthy
Man was a straight dog
Him an mike on the jazz woulda been crazy
Just ran into him at the airport and got to talk to him for a while. Genuine person with such a respectful personality. Such a talent but unfortunately injuries happen.
He would have been Joel Embiid before Embiid
He was the first NBA unicorn
Oden looked like he was about to collect his retirement checks and social security checks when he was 18
The original Zion
Shame he got hurt, his potential was thru the roof
he had so much potential
Second
Second
Max preps is the goat 🐐
Little did he know….
Damn Portland could have been a franchise champions if it wasn’t for the Injuries.
Y'all did have a squad
Well now we know part of the reason mf oden did pan out was he was fuckijg drinking all the damn time. Not saying it’s the sole reason but a factor fasho
Lotta people don’t know how good Brandon really is. I was blessed to be able to play against him in high school 99 and 2000 graduating class were some of the most healthy talent in the country Brian Morrison Brandon Roy Jamal Crawford, Nate Robinson, Brian’s the only big disappointment he could jump higher than all three of the guys after mentioned it was a better rim attacker !everyone else made the league, our bodies don’t always hold up, but God is always good !!!!
For Real. Roy and Oden. Damn. Blazers and NBA fans got robbed by those injuries
Imagine a world where B Roy and Oden develop and stay healthy. They might have been Golden State.
💅💅💅
Yeah they could've ❤
Brandon Roy great comparison to devin Booker ❤
I mean they were beating the Lakers and Celtics during the regular season but Scola and Yao were a horrible match up in the playoffs and they were a more veteran team
They could have been the next Kobe and Shaq 😢
…
B-roy was smooth, beautiful jump shot definitely was a top tier guard and play maker on a lot of people’s radar
I think portland was like 60 and 20 when oden Roy and LA played at the same time
Roy was my favorite player as a kid from m Portland
Brandon Roy was my coach on the Nathan Hale Raiders. Last I saw him was in 2018 at Champs sports after I graduated high-school. I don’t know how well he’s doing now, but during the time I got to be around him i could see he was still affected by the way things turned out for him. Roy still gave praise to Jesus Christ even though it was hard – we don’t always understand why things happen the way they do. We don’t have to understand the “why”, but must know that Jesus Christ’s plans for us are greater than we could ever imagine. The Lord had/has bigger plans for coach Roy than the game of basketball. Roy is an amazing dude. He’s just like us in every way – human. I wish Roy the best and I hope some day (if he hasn’t already) finds peace in all that he has been through mentally, spiritually, and physically. The Devil attacks God’s strongest EVERY DAY, but as long as we put our faith in Christ we WILL have the strength to get through. Much easier said than done.
Coach Roy, God bless you man.
B Roy is my favorite player of all time!
I didn't expect him to sound like that 😂
