    I don’t watch much NASCAR, is it not frowned upon or against the rules even to initiate contact with other cars like what he right before the finish there? Love it, just wondering what the rules say about it

    This is what makes Nascar still extremely exciting. I love circuit racing (Formula 1, etc) but you can't beat the frequency of competitive finishes in stock car racing.
