I wouldn't give this draft any better than a B- at best. Carter was a wasted pick, and AVT was far to expensive.
I fuckin loved trading up to get AVT every good team starts with dominating up front. We brought in JD bc he is the offensive line guy who builds lines wherever he goes and he killed it. I wish we got a TE (which we would have gotten in the third) but ill take a stud guard over a mid TE talent any day of the week.
This team is SO DAMN HORRIBLE! Aren’t we all just so damn excited to START OVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
i love every pick we made Nasirildeen Echols Pinnock Carter and Sherwood are gonna be great on this defense Marshall has a lot of potential i like him a couple of years on the practice squad will help him tremendously. And obviously the first 4 picks were amazing.
I hate being a downer but I give a b to Wilson since I wasn't but I really hope he works out. Tucker I would give a A+ but that trade was a overpay so A. Moore a D there where players who would fill needs , Moore was a luxury pick for a team that can't afford it. I liked Adams more but Okay with Carter. Sherwood grade B. How many CB do we need why couldn't we take a swing at TE, OG or Center. So over all a D. I'm really hope I'm wrong But so far in 2 years I give Douglas a F for drafting

First four pick I think will have roster impact towards the end I think sheerwood and nasirdean will make impact as Swiss army knife players we did reach on a few picks such pinnock Nichols there were better prospects on the board but will see how the staff develops these young players I do believe in this coaching staff and Joe Douglass so let's go jets!!!!!

✈️ I know this system doesn’t value the rb as much given sf had like 5/6! Of them ( I would’ve loved to have got Wilson jr instead of Coleman from them) clearly they felt Moore was an absolute need there and I get it; however I was in the Javonte camp and you see he was taken right after and was traded up for. He’s gonna be a legit work horse who’s gonna move those chains and can also catch the ball. I prefer having a 3 running back rotation and Javontes comp was chubb. Now I’m good with his teammate and that’s why I get it and am not so upset but I would’ve liked another rb along with him. Kenny gainwell (I think his last name says it all) and Khalil Herbert would’ve been those 2 guys. I think Khalil is more of that work horse style but given the system gainwell would’ve been the guy. He’s basically another receiver who just so happens can run well and speaking about taken off the cover this guy is a game breaker. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think he’s significantly faster than carter. I agree with you in getting the kicker Jose who made a 71 yard field goal correct? He should’ve been our last pick. Clearly we still have a few holes but let’s see how everything shapes up. By next year we’ll see exactly what we still need and I believe by “22 we’ll be ready to make some real noise. Keep up the great work.
