My Pacers shouldn't have to suffer every draft. Just because so many other team's sukk at team building.. You've already had top picks and failed to build. So to the back of the line you go.. you should have to forfeit your high pick to the team that was next to you the first time you had a high one if that team is very successful now.. same goes for the next year.. other good team's have to constantly get crap picks because team's either are complete trash at building or constantly tank… I'd fix this bs quick.. along with many other rules.
