In week 2 there were 12 games with movement between the look ahead and true opener.Β Of the 12, 3 saw the movement result in the outcome of a spread bet being changed;Β Atlanta did not cover the look ahead but did cover the opener,Β and San Fran and New Orleans covered the look ahead but the openers pushed.
Additionally, of the 12 moves 5 moved the spread further from the actual final margin,Β and 7 moved the line closer to it.
I will hopefully have some historical data to add by next week.
Question for the both of youβ¦as most of us are recreational bettors and donβt do this as our full time profession and are experts like you both. What would be your recommendation for us weekend bettors to handicap games? Should we just look at previous games and live watching?
