The point of adjusting ur BR based bet size is to control risk.
This is done by lowering bet sizing during losing streaks and raising bet sizing during win streaks.
If you only adjust your bet size at the beginning of the week, your bet sizing is incorrect during the remainder 6 days of the week.
And 5%, imo is way too high for a single bet.
Ya, there is some kelly math that will go for that, based on what your edge is but when you do that your downside is horrid.
You can tell a person that a 50% downswing is possible and they can accept it while talking about it.
But accepting it while they are going through it, are 2 different things.
A vid on edge, bet sizing and the expected downswings you can expect, would be alot of fun.
