"Rushing is what has given the gators problems all year." Osu ran 18 or 19 consecutive run plays to beat oregon. I love the Homer tilt her but I think things aren't being looked at to objectively. You can line up the season stats but as you guys have pointed out, you don't have your starting qb, you don't even have your back up. And I think you are under valuing the rush defense of the beavs. As a beavs fan, I will admit I don't know much about the gators. What I do know is they aren't the same team that played Utah, and I would argue that Utah isn't the same team that lost. Don't know much about the gators but I will sure as shit respect them as an sec team and I would hope that there would be some reciprocal respect for a team that has been on the rocks for the better part of a decade. Also on the respect part, "oregon" is the nickname for university of Oregon ducks. It happens all the time, but that where the respect comes in. Respect your opponent enough to understand that your playing oregon state, a team that beat oregon. All of this content that I've been seeing and that not only you but the game announcers will inevitably mess us is just fuel to the fire. Respect your opponent or your gonna get blasted. Beavs have a lot to play for Saturday, and all I've been hearing is the sob story of how weak Florida is and it's not Florida's fault. Bullshit. Give your own team respect. You can't love anyone unless you love yourself. Well I would say Florida fans need to start embracing their young guys rather than treating this an en "eh" game. That will show on the field. If every gator podcast came out and said this is gonna be a trap game I bet things would look a lot different. Show the future of your program some respect. Beaver fans have been doing it for years now and this is the pay off. Got a lot of respect for the Gators and the sec, I think it's a great matchup in these times of realignment. It's tough slugging in the sec, I think I can speak for all pac 12 fans when I say that. But just know that we feel that pain. Pac12 is notorious for the top teams dropping a game here and there to a team they should beat. It's the chaos that is the pac12. I think the gators show up, I think they play with heart, and I don't bet on the over on the spread. I bet under. As a beaver fan I think the beavs get the w by 3 points. I think both sides have a lot to prove and these gator podcasts highlight that. The lack of respect for the opponent and the lack of respect for the young guys in the Florida locker room. Shouldn't have to come to that. This isn't a math test, it's a different kind of test where passion has a funny way of trumping logic. Any thing is possible when the whistle blows.
